1. Ownership
All patterns are property of Skylay Designs by Ashlei Powell - and are protected and copyrighted. If you wish to acquire one of Skylay Designs Patterns, you must get the pattern from me - free or paid. It is unlawful to copy text from my - or ANY patterns - without expressed written consent from the owner and creator. Feel free to make projects with my patterns and sell your finished products. You may not, under any circumstances, claim my patterns as your own. All patterns are "as is" and will not be refunded.
2. Receiving
Free patterns are listed right on the site to acquire. I will eventually make PDF files for them for downloading. Paid patterns will be emailed to the Paypal email after the purchase is complete. If you do not receive an email, please make sure to check your Junk/Spam folder.
3. Refunds
As stated above, since all patterns are digital and instant downloads, they will not be refunded.
4. Support
I do not provide full support with my free patterns, though I will try to help if I have the time to do so. I provide full support with any of my paid patterns. You can contact me at skylaydesigns@gmail.com
